Оказалось, что те испытуемые, которые наиболее внимательно следили за выполнением инструкций, практически не были подвержены депрессивному состоянию по сравнению с остальными участниками исследования. Автор исследования Лорел Череян отмечает, что пока это всего лишь ассоциативное наблюдение и на данном этапе нельзя быть на 100% уверенными, что подобная диета снижает риск депрессии.
