Когда мышцы спины полностью расслабляются — они атрофируются, а если же принять неудобное положение, они могут начать сильно болеть. Поэтому важно уметь принимать максимально комфортное положение. Например, на стул нужно садиться достаточно глубоко, так, чтобы ягодицы касались непосредственно спинки стула, а вот ноги должны образовывать прямой угол. Также спинка стула обязательно должна быть правильной, то есть повторять изгибы спины. Правильное положение позвоночника нужно сохранять и сидя в автомобиле за рулем.
В-третьих, нельзя носить тяжести на плече, так как это опять-таки ведет к искривлению позвоночника. Это касается даже спортивной сумки. Как правило, они довольно тяжелые, так как люди, увлекающиеся спортом, складывают в них все самое необходимое: и обувь, и одежду, и бутылку с водой, и средства личной гигиены и т.п. Соответственно, идя в спортзал, они просто закидывают эту сумку на плечо, совершенно не задумываясь, что на позвоночник оказывается очень сильна негативная нагрузка, а после этого человек еще и идет заниматься на тренажерах, то есть нагрузка возрастает, и это может привести к травмам, и тогда может понадобиться вертербопластика.
В-четвертых, неправильные наклоны вперед тоже могут негативно сказаться на здоровье позвоночника, поэтому необходимо следить за выполнением упражнений, в которых требуется выполнять наклоны.
Ну и, конечно, нужно стараться прорабатывать мышцы спины, чтобы они поддерживали позвоночник. Для этого необходимо выполнять и упражнения на пресс, и на брюшную область, и на руки.
